With two decades of experience in real estate, and over ten years in leadership roles, Yelena Nisnevich is a powerhouse in brokerage operations, agent development, and strategic growth. She brings a unique blend of strategic insight and personal connection to everything she does. Currently serving as Assistant Team Leader and Director of Market Center Technology at KW Domain, Michigan’s #1 Keller Williams brokerage, Yelena coaches, trains, and supports a dynamic community of agents—helping them grow thriving businesses using cutting-edge technology and proven systems.
Before her current role, Yelena served as Director of Operations, where she streamlined office systems, oversaw agent services and marketing, and helped lead a major affiliate revenue increase. Earlier in her career, she opened and managed a successful real estate office in Birmingham, recruiting and developing a team of 60 agents with a combined volume of $228M.
With a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems Management and a strong foundation in marketing, Yelena thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and relationship-building. Her approach is warm but strategic—always focused on elevating people and performance.
Bilingual in Russian, Yelena is passionate about inclusion, mentorship, and creating lasting impact in the Metro Detroit real estate community. When she’s not leading agents or streamlining processes, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband Boris and their young son.

Outside of real estate, Yelena enjoys reading, exploring new places, and spending time with her husband, Boris, and their young son.
